| MBT uses only the highest quality materials and ensures the highest standard of quality control is applied to our product. A pair of MBTs will last for, on average, 4 million steps, however, this applies only when the MBTs have been cared for and used correctly. The soft parts of the sole are sensitive to aggressive liquids containing salt, oil, manure, blood, etc. Please avoid mechanical damage and permanent dampness and thoroughly dry out your MBTs. It is also important to wash and dry your MBTs if they become muddy and dirty. Please never wash MBTs in the washing machine, but hand wash them instead. Incorrect use can cause the heel sensor to deteriorate and the layers to separate. If you recognise signs of separation, bring your MBTs immediately to a shoe repair centre.

MBT shoes are available for collection at our store in Cheltenham
In accordance with MBT rules, purchase of MBT shoes may only be made after a customer has been measured and fitted by an authorised MBT salesperson.
If goods are out of stock, an order may be placed after a fitting, and will be shipped by first class post / courier when delivered by MBT
RETURNS
In case your MBTs show any indication of being faulty please return to Ladytone (the store of purchase) or MBT. They will be examined and if faulty replaced. Please note we will only accept returns of faulty products with the invoice from the place of purchase. We do not offer replacements or refunds on MBTs where they have not been cared for according to the care instructions. In the unlikely event you experience a problem with our product please contact the original place of purchase that will advise you what do to next. The MBT will be examined and if necessary sent to quality control where the outcome will be determined.
MBT’s with a manufacturing fault will be replaced. When worn for a lengthy period of time it is difficult for us to determine where the fault started, in such instances the company reserves the right to either repair or replace the returned product. Wear and tear damage that is considered to be normal e.g. sole wearing, small cuts or scratching will not be repaired. Incorrect usage can accelerate wear and tear. Persons with excessive weight for their size can also accelerate wear and tear.
When returning your MBTs it is compulsory you include the following information.
• Proof of purchase, a photocopy is acceptable
• Ladytone, 23a Pittville Street,Cheltenham, GL52 2LN
• Explanation of the fault
• Full contact details of person returning goods
If all of the information is not included with the return this will delay the procedure.
Once a decision has been made the customer/supplier will be provided with a replacement or the returned goods and a letter or telephone call detailing the cause of the fault and some information or how to prevent this happening in the future. |
